We are moving to Finchley Road, Camden.
Rhythms of Life is an all-volunteer registered homelessness charity based in London, which provides sustenance and support for those in need-those homeless, sleeping rough, or struggling to support themselves or their families on low income and benefits.
Established in 2008, Rhythms of Life was founded in Hackney, one of the poorest boroughs of the United Kingdom. We provide food parcels on a daily basis in Hackney, all year round. Our food is hygienically prepared to ensure its safety. We currently operate in Camden, Chiswick, Hackney and Hammersmith.
We also aim to provide free literary courses to help homeless people further along the path to employment and independence.
Thanks to the support of our brilliant team of volunteers and sponsors, since May 2008 until 8th May 2011 Rhythms of Life has served over 70,000 hot meals and over 150,000 sandwiches around London.
We rely on the kind-heartedness of local people to run the charity as all our food is donated by local businesses and our work would not be possible without our dedicated and talented volunteers.
