What we do

HELPING THE HOMELESS,
SAVING LIVES

Every day, 365 days of the year, our incredible volunteers hit London’s streets to help those in need.

Rhythms of Life was set up as a charity in 2008 by Andrew Faris. A former rough-sleeper for six years, Andrew wanted to provide the things he always needed when he was on the streets. Basic things like daily nutritious meals, lessons in life skills, help getting work, and help finding somewhere to live. Andrew deeply understands the daily struggles and needs of homeless people, having personally experienced it himself.

Through perseverance and commitment, and with the invaluable help of our partners and volunteers, Rhythms of Life has been able to feed London’s rough-sleepers every day for the past thirteen years.

In addition to providing healthy and nutritious meals, toiletries, clothing and sleeping bags to London’s homeless, Rhythms of Life also offer classes on literacy, I.T. and life skills.

Rhythms Of Life believes: everyone deserves a chance to rebuild their lives.
